exyPick is an independent service developed and operated by a private individual based in Romania. It lets you create a list of options, share a link and let participants choose options that become taken in real time. By creating a list you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Illegal content, harassment, discrimination, deception, spam or content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited. We may suspend or delete lists that violate these Terms or the law.
Report illegal or abusive content at reportabuse.exysoftware@gmail.com or via the “Report this list” link on each list page, including the list link and the reason. We review reports, may block or delete the content, keep a record of the decision and inform the creator when content is removed.
The service is provided as is, without an availability guarantee; maintenance may cause interruptions. Lists inactive for 12 months are deleted automatically. Organizers can delete their lists permanently at any time. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Content you enter remains yours. You grant exyPick the limited license needed to host and display it to people with the link, solely to operate the service.
To the extent permitted by law, exyPick is not liable for content entered by users or for damages arising from use of the service beyond what mandatory law provides.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Romania. If you have a complaint or a dispute, we encourage you to write to us first at exysoftware@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. This does not limit your right to address the competent authorities or courts. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
